Don't get the money, can you blame the attorney?

If your relative tells you that you are going to get an inheritance, but then they die you find out it goes to someone else. What can you do? Can you sue the attorney that drafted the documents.

He had a new wife and two grown kids and grandkids. Why didn't he leave them anything. Instead it went to his new wife, who was richer than him.

Someone has to be to blame. Is it the attorney?
